For this Custom Razors Cult Street Red Skates i decided to put on some Create Originals Alex Frames, an awesome upgrade from the regular Razor Team Frame that comes on it stock, and the color or these frames match up perfectly with the Souls. For Wheels i went for some white and grey M1 Dual Duro 59mm Wheels, a high quality Dual Durometer Wheel from your homies at M1. Bearings i threw on some Renegade Abec 7 Bearings, a nice abec 7 bearings for a super decent price. Also decided to throw on some White Razors Low Cuffs, and last but not least i had to get rid of the red laces that came on this skate and just throw on some Black Razor Skate Laces. I’m pretty satisfied with how this custom turned out. We finally got in the new 2012 line of Vibralux denim. First up we have the Vibralux Broskow Sig Jeans, a dark brown color jean, 97% cotton 3% spandex. Alex Broskow’s 4th signature jean from Vibralux, complete with Vibralux logo button and rivets, and the signature “AB” tag. These jeans do fit a little tighter (around the legs) than their previous line (Grey Broskows, Haffey 2, Le Rock 2, Shima’s), but they have a little bit more length to them and they feel alot thicker. They fit identical to the Vibralux Farmer Sig Jeans. I’m picture below wearing the 30′s, that’s the size i normally get all my jeans in, and they do fit pretty tight. The wait is over, Razors just dropped a brand new SL style skate. Alex Burston, UK shredder has been killing ti as of recently, so Razors proudly introduced his first pro skate, the Razors Burston SL Skates. Alex Burston from Manchester, England is one of the fastest rising stars in the European skate scene. Over the last 2 years he was winning various contest such Laced, Chosen Few and Boneyard Jam in England, Ghetto Games in Latvia, Open Street Comp in Moscow and the Pony Cup in Denmark. He was touring hard and putting out killer edits. His GC section showed the world what we already knew: Burston is here and here to stay. To celebrate the hard work and dedication Alex has shown we are proud to bring you his first pro skate.

The Alex Burston comes with GC FLT 2 frames a new Jug liner with increase padding in the cuff and tongue, his own signature wheel from BHC and ABEC 7 bearings.

The baseless boot design provides a super close contact to the ground and is much more responsive than traditional skates. The replaceable backslide plate is perfectly grooved and aligned with the groove of the frame.

Probably the coolest feature of this skate. I always thought some of the older model SL (Super Light) style skates were just a wee bit clanky, meaning that they didn’t have the most solid sound when you landed. Well with the new Razors Burston SL Skates that is a thing of the past, they put a cloth rubber shock absorber in between the soul frame and the shell of the boot, this reduces some of that annoying noise while land, making the skates vastly more solid.

Just got in the brand new Razor Burston SL Skates. I know alot of people weren’t feeling the stock color scheme on these blades, so we decided to make this dope custom to show people that you don’t have to stick with a stock setup. We can swap out the color of the Cuffs, Buckles, Laces, Souls, Backslides, and Soulframes for NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE. The Liners: We went with the very popular Trust Special Ops Black Liners, this liner is thinner than your normal aggressive skate liner, but to counter act this, the padding that these liners are made of is really dense, it is very similar to the memory style foam. Also this liner has a quick lace up system on the front of it, and what that does is help keep your foot locked into place in the liner, preventing heel lift and blisters.

The Frames: If you haven’t heard yet, Jon Julio just started up a brand new frame company, with a team like Chris Haffey and Chris Farmer, you know these frames and been heavily tested and can stand up to any tricks you will throw at them. So we went with the Youth Chris Haffey Pro Frames, black frame are a must for this custom setup. These frames are perfect for an anti-rocker setup or a flat rocker setup. They have recessed side walls, and what that will do is when you are grinding a ledge it will reduce the surface friction, making you slide faster.

The Wheels: For the outer wheels we went with Eulogy’s brand new Eulogy 2012 Jeff Dalnas 57/89 Wheels. With their 2012 line of wheel Eulogy introduced a brand new urethane formula, dubbed Kyler. If you thought the 2011 line of Eulogy wheels were great, wait till you get your hands on the new ones. Alot more durable, easy to run, an all around amazing wheel. And since we are going with an anti-rocker setup with this custom, we tossed in some of the Moonshine Black Anti-Rockers 46mm, these antis are made of UHMW (Ultra-high-molecular-weight polyethylene), which is stronger than teflon, believe me when i say these ant’s will last you a long time.

The Bearings: For the bearings we went with a mid-grade bearing, the Themgoods Abec 7 Bearings, not gonna be as fast as some swiss bearings, not gonna be as slow as some Abec 3′s or 5′s. And these bearings have a open side to them, so they are easily cleaned. Definitely an amazing bearing for the price.

Boom! Brand new Valo AB.VX Pro Boots now instock and shipping at Roller Warehouse. Since this skate came as a boot only we had to make a dope custom setup, peep game.

- First things first with this custom, the liners, now having a comfortable liner is very important, nothing worse than skating an uncomfortable pair of blades. To upgrade the liner to something more comfy we put in some Trust Special Ops Black Liners, these liners have a very dense padding and a lace up system to help keep your heel locked into place, one heck of an upgrade.

- Frames, now we all know Alex Broskow rides for Create Originals so to make this skate just how we would ride it we attached a pair of the Create Originals Kelso Frames, the teal really makes this custom skate pop! And we added some Broskow inserts to continue with the theme of a Broskow Pro Skate.

- For the wheels, i went with my personal favorite choice the Street Urethane O’neill 58/88 Wheels, 58mm is the perfect size for a freestyle setup, and the white wheels match up nicely with the white laces.

- Last but not least, bearings, legit bearings are always a must. And for this custom skate i went with a decently priced mid range bearing, the Themgoods Abec 7 Bearings, one side of the bearing is a sealed metal shield, and the other side is open so you will still be able to clean these bearings with ease.

We just got in the all new Valo and Themgoods line of softgoods for 2012 including shirts, beanies, and a new wallet!

Here is the first of the fresh new Valo line, their Roped Off Tee. Standard black thinner style shirt with white print on the front.

Next up and my personal favorite of the new line, the Valo Uhhmericana Tee. Thinner black style shirt with yellow print on the front and back of the shirt. The back graphic features a badass eagle with Valo Brand Blade Co incorporated into the design. The front has a smaller version of the Valo Brand Blade Co logo.

Winter is upon us, and if you didn’t know 40% of your body heat is lost through your head. So what better way to keep your dome piece warm than with this new Themgoods Umbrella Grey Beanie. Grey ribbed style beanie with Themgoods signature umbrella logo embroidered on the front.

Below is my second favorite shirt from the new Valo skates line, the Taped Up Tee. This is probably their most unique logo, it almost looks as if the logo is made of black masking tape, pretty awesome idea if you ask me. Still a thinner style white shirt with black ink.

Jon Julio and Themgoods went above and beyond on their new line and made their first ever wallet!

The Themgoods 2012 Icon Black Wallet is a super simple stylist wallet so you can rep your favorite brand while your paying the bills. The outside features one atm card sized pocket. The inside has 8 different sized pockets to keep your stuff in. The wallet opened up laid flat measures 6 1/2 inches by 4 1/2 inches. Folded in half it measures 3 1/4 inches by 4 1/2 inches. The Frames: Ground Control Formula 1 XS Black Frames

We went for the Ground Control Formula 1 XS Black Frames for this custom setup. This is a very versatile frame, you can setup them up flat, anti, or even freestyle. The extra large h-block area give you a wide enough grinding area so you won’t stick up on your wheels. These frame have Ground Control’s signature F2 Sickle Axel Bolts, with the sickle head on the one end of the axel it makes it so you only need one allen wrench to swap out your wheels.

The Liners: Valo BS.1 Light Pro Liners

The Valo BS.1 Light Pro Liners are the exact same style liner that comes stock in this skate just in a different color scheme using different materials. These liners have a leather liner tongue and upper area. These liner feature a neoprene toe with increased durability and comfort.

The Wheels: M1 Urethane Trinity 57mm 91a Black/Gold Wheels

The M1 Urethane Trinity 57mm 91a Black/Gold Wheels are meant to be a high performance wheel. These wheels are a little different than your conventional wheels. The inner core is a bit bigger than normal with a recessed hub. What this does it help with your speed when your carving a bowl or trying to maintain speed. These wheels come in 57mm, the ideal size for an anti-rocker setup, which will ensure they last the longest. If you look closely at the photo above the inner core is black and white, and the urethane is a jet black color with a rounded profile.

The Bearings: Crap Skate Bearings

I like Crap Skate Bearings for a few reasons: One, they are pretty cheaply priced. Two, they are serviceable(cleanable), and they are specifically made for inline skates. These bearings come per-lubricated with Bones Speed Cream. They use Skate Rated™ Clearances, Tolerances & Materials to ensure the best bearing for your aggressive skate.

This is the perfect example of our “swap any color of any of the parts for no additional charge” So we swapped the soulplates to have a tan heel plate with the stock black toe. “ORIGINALS” Part 4: Alex Broskow from Create Originals on Vimeo.

Holy shit, 4 minutes of impossible tricks from one of bladings most innovative skaters. Broskow recently took a trip with Montre to Boston to meet up with the Create Original guys and get some filming done. Apparently Broskow went above and beyond crushing all deals in sight. Check out the video above:

Recently Broskow made the switch over to Valo V13 skate. V13′s are a more slim lined and lightweight version of Valo’s normal style skates. Same shell style as the older M12′s and Lightnings. With this lightweight setup Broskow is able to seemingly float from obstacle to obstacle with an innovative library of tricks.

Broskow religiously rides Create Original frames and his own Dead Broskow Pro 58mm Wheel.
CO frames are one of my favorites for a few reasons: Metal frame spacers give your wheel an unmatched freespin. Beefy frame construction yields high durability along we beveled sides of the frames for cess slides. Reduced frame wall reduces your surface friction, give you a faster grind. Hands down the only frame I’ll even consider riding.
Dead Alex Broskow Blue Stripe 58mm 88a. 58mm is the ideal size for an anti-rocker or freestyle setup. 88a offers superior grip while riding various different kinds of terrain. Squared off wheel profile add more material to the wheel, further increasing it’s life expectancy.
